Billy Byrne / Leadership Development Specialist
Billy is an executive coach and leadership development specialist at KinchLyons. He has extensive coaching experience with clients from across a broad range of industries. He has a particular interest in the development of Emotional Intelligence and Authentic Leadership in order to enhance performance within organisations. His coaching work spans all organisational levels, from graduates to senior executives, using instruments including Pearman Personality Integrator, MBTI, EQ-i2.0 and EQ360. His academic interests lie in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Sense-making in Organisations.
Billy is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and an accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level (European Mentoring & Coaching Council). He holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College and an MA in Coaching from Middlesex University.
Tanya Hudson / Business Psychologist
Tanya is a chartered psychologist and a member of the Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching Psychology Group within the Psychological Society of Ireland, and a member of EMCC. As an accredited coach, certified trainer, and facilitator, she works in public and private sectors, across technology, pharmaceutical, and finance industries delivering individual coaching, leadership, and team development programs. Tanya tailors her training sessions to the unique needs of every client and consistently focuses on her participants to facilitate high-impact events. Tanya has guest lectured on the M.B.A. Programme at the National College of Ireland and the Diploma in Organisational Change and Development at the Irish Management Institute.
Her qualifications include M.Sc. (Work and Organisational Psychology) from the University of Limerick, B.A. (Psychology) from University College Dublin, Adv. Dip. (Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching), Cert. Julie O'Sullivan / Business Psychologist
Julie is a business psychologist, trainer, and facilitator. She has international facilitation experience, providing group training sessions and business simulations on a range of topics such as emotional intelligence (EI), team effectiveness, decision making, risk, and resilience, as well as regularly conducting one-to-one development sessions.
Her involvement in start-up social enterprises has also given her insights into various business functions, such as marketing, finance, and project management. Having graduated with first-class honours from both her BSc in Applied Psychology and an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology, she then went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching. She holds British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited certificates in Occupational Psychometric Testing: Test User Ability and Test User Personality, and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. While completing her BSc in Applied Psychology, she undertook a research project investigating language use and perceptual biases, which won the Award for Innovation at the All-Ireland Psychology Student Congress.
Niamh Gaffney/ Executive Coach
Niamh is an award-winning psychology coach with a particular focus on change management and mental strength development. She is passionate about empowering clients to better navigate changing landscapes. She is a licensed medical coach, an experienced speaker, facilitator and trainer, and an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation, the Psychological Society of Ireland, and the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
Also a chartered certified accountant and with almost 15 years’ senior and leadership level corporate experience, Niamh brings with her a business understanding that allows her to connect with and empower clients at all organisational levels.
Susan Kealy/ Business Psychologist
Susan is a chartered organisational psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and a certified coach and trainer. She brings her expertise in psychometric assessment, selection system design, and coaching to help develop and select for high-performing teams.
She has been on the Register of Qualifications in Test Use since 2010 and is a certified practitioner for a number of psychometric instruments including the 16PF, Drivers, Dimensions, and EQi-2.0. A thought leader, she regularly contributes to business and employee-related publications including Jobs.ie, HR Headquarters and “In Business” magazine.
In 2016 she founded and raised capital for an innovative start-up aimed at providing a character-based candidate/role matching system for high volume recruitment initiatives. This experience has helped her to develop a strong business and commercially-oriented mindset, which she brings to her solution design and coaching.
