Certifications

Do you provide in-person or online training?

Both! We regularly run both in-person and online training and can deliver either, depending on clients’ preference.

Will I have an opportunity to experience the tool myself during training?

Yes. Each of our accreditation programmes provides participants with an opportunity to take the assessment for themselves and, where relevant, receive individual feedback from one of our team who are Master practitioners and experienced in using the tool.

What happens once I'm certified?

When you’ve completed your certification process, we’ll set up an online account for you. This will be your one-stop-shop to administer and manage your assessments and reports. The KinchLyons team are always on-hand to support you as you begin to use the tools in your practice. Whether it’s help administering an assessment, interpreting a report or preparing for a debrief we we’ll be there to guide you.

Are additional resources available for use once I’m certified?

Yes! Depending on the tool you become certified in, there are marketing resources, sample reports, facilitator guides, case studies and sample presentation decks available.

Do I get to learn from trainers who are experienced in the use of these instruments?

Absolutely! All our trainers are Master Practitioners and we use the tools regularly in our own executive coaching, team coaching and facilitation practice.

Typically what types of people attend these programmes?

Our course participants tend to work with people in organisations; so are often business leaders, HR Managers, Learning & Development Managers, Executive Coaches and Facilitators.

Tools

Are your tools valid and reliable/informed by research?

Without a doubt, yes! As Chartered Psychologists, a scientific approach means the word to us. We only create and distribute psychological tools that are valid, reliable and based on scientific research. That is, they measure what they claim to measure and results will be consistent over time (provided test conditions are the same).

Can you offer advice on which tools are most appropriate to specific situations/applications?

We would be delighted to. Please reach out to us and we are always happy to advise on which of our tools or services would be most suited to your need.

Are the tools available in languages other than English?

Yes. All of our tools are available in a variety of languages. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know and we can advise!

Do you deliver webinars on specific organisational topics?

We do! We have delivered masterclasses and webinars on topics such as building high-performing teams, developing managers as coaches, emotional intelligence, decision-making, creating psychological safety, authentic leadership and so many more topics.
